I have practiced yoga throughout my life since 1975. Exposed to so many wonderful & intentional yoga instructors over the years. Mehdi class was an experience that will stay with me in my wellness journey. What a caring, supportive & creative instructor. It was an awesome class! Medhi was great and gave me good pointers on how to be a better yogi. Also, the temperature of the room was perfect!
I loved ocean flow class with Sabrina! The class was well balance between lengthening and strengthening to improve my achy hips and back from hiking the day before. I felt more flexible and less tense after class. It was a great start to ease into my Monday work day. Sabrina is very knowledgeable on proper technique and alignment. She gave great cues to improve my poses and practice. The studio is beautifully designed with so many plants and a calming atmosphere. It felt very welcoming. I will definitely be back for more classes!

I had a wonderful experience with Britt. She introduced the class by creating a safe space for everyone, where we shared a little about ourselves and the practice we were about to take together. This allowed me to drop deeper into sound meditation. She concluded with a beautiful led Yoga Nidra moment. It is a perfectly well-rounded class that I would recommend to anyone looking for some self-care and connection.

My new favorite studio! I’ve had great instructors and it’s not overcrowded. The cold towels at the end are a nice touch and the instructors have been hands on with helping my alignment.

Really enjoyed the Vinyasa 1 class at Tranquil Tree! It had been a few years since I've practiced yoga so I was a bit rusty. Annie was super helpful with her instructions while maintaining a great flow for the class. I was able to relax, feel grounded, and have a great time.

After returning from my 200HR yoga training in Maui, I had a hard time finding a studio that fit me in San Diego. The way Medhi teaches and the values he holds in terms of yoga makes sense to me. He pays close attention to his students needs, making them feel safe and guided throughout the practice. He always makes sure to remind us that the class is what we need it to be and makes himself available for anything we might need. He is clearly very knowledgeable about both the traditions and the benefits of yoga, and incorporates them into his practice. He is also very open to feedback which shows integrity and humility, both of which are very important to yoga. It has been a pleasure to connect with him so far.

Tranquil Tree Yoga is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a studio. The space is calm, welcoming, and so are the instructors I’ve worked with so far which are Mehdi and Lily. It is very peaceful the moment you walk in. Both instructors are incredibly attentive, and their hands-on assists during movements help you feel each pose more clearly and while breathing into different parts of the body. I always leave their heated Vinyasa class feeling renewed and energized, and their Yin classes leave me noticeably looser and relaxed. The little touches they add make the experience even better — the calming sounds they create at the end of class (like shells softly coming together) are incredible and unbelievably soothing. The cold scented towels they place on your forehead at the end help you melt deeper into relaxation, and the tea with honey they offer tastes amazing and makes the whole experience feel complete. Their stretching and breathing focused poses are perfect for starting or ending the day, or even as a warm-up before the gym.
